BRIEF
The goal was to design a brand-new landing page for Arya Group, a premier property developer. The primary objective of this website is to strengthen their B2B (Business-to-Business) presence, showcasing high-value property developments to potential corporate partners, investors, and high-net-worth clients, while establishing a credible and prestigious digital identity.
To design a landing page that effectively bridges Arya Group with corporate clients and investors, the design process focused on three key approaches:
Corporate Brand Analysis: Deeply understood Arya Group’s core values, integrity, and future vision. The visual direction leverages a premium and trustworthy color palette, utilizing warm gold and deep corporate tones to establish strong professional credibility.
Property Industry Benchmarking: Conducted extensive research on leading global and local B2B property websites. This helped identify essential features, layout structures, and user flows that corporate stakeholders expect when exploring high-value developments.
Information Hierarchy for B2B: Structured the content to ensure large-scale project details, corporate values, and contact channels are highly intuitive. The layout prioritizes clarity and a seamless presentation, allowing professional users to digest information efficiently without visual clutter."
